RECOVERY HOMES FOR MEN & WOMEN
Our Structured Recovery Program is a Clinically Driven recovery home for clients, providing Evidenced Based Services.
Services include weekly counseling, Peer Support, Intensive Outpatient Groups, Life Skills Groups, Targeted Case Management, and more.
We are dedicated to preparing men and women to transition successfully to independent living.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Counseling
Clients will meet with a clinical therapist weekly for mental health and substance use treatment goals. Therapeutic community groups are conducted daily. Optimal Living Services has partnered with several providers in the community.
Targeted Case Management
Our targeted case manager will conduct a needs assessment of all clients. Any needs such as education, food stamps, employment, future house, our targeted case manger will work with clients connecting them to community resources.
Peer Support
Each client will meet with Peer Support Specialist 2-3 times a week base upon need. Peer Support Specialist help clients work on recovery-based treatment goals and provide invaluable experience of the journey.
